The Santos Great Bike Ride for Homeless Youth is Perth’s premier cycling event, offering participants of all abilities a route with some of the most majestic views that Perth has to offer.
We encourage families to get involved in this fantastic community event and to support our charity – St John of God Horizon House.
As a family you have two options to enter this Event:
10Km Family Ride
By registering as a family in the 10km Family Ride, you receive a family entry discount. You can enter up to two adults and three children for $80 per family. Extra adults and children are charged an individual 10km event entry fee per person. To enter a Family Team into the 10Km Family Ride – click here
The family discount is only available for the 10km Family Ride; families wishing to participate in the 29km Port to Perth Ride, 52km Challenge Ride or 98km Ultimate Ride must either enter as a family or social team, or as individuals.
Enter as a Family (Social) Team
Families can enter as a family (Social) team. A family team is considered a group of two or more participants.
Families who enter as teams have 2 or more members who are entering into either one or more rides including the 98km Ultimate Ride, 52km Challenge Ride, 29km Port to Perth Ride and 10km Family Ride. Each team member can choose which distance they want to enter into and can manage their entry individually to the rest of the team. Entering as a team allows the team captain to easily manage the family team, tracking who has entered and, if they wish, manage the team registration payment through one easy payment for all family members.

All registrations are completed online making it easy for you to enter the event and providing the option of paying for your team collectively or individually.
Please note: online payment only accepts VISA or MASTERCARD; if you do not have either forms of payment, we accept cheque (made out to TriEvents) or cash. All team payments must be finalised by 5pm on Friday 13 November (Team Registration cut-off date).
Families can also fundraise together to support our event charity – St John of God Horizon House. As a Santos Great Bike Ride Hero you will be making a difference to young people in need. You will also go into the running for some fantastic awards and prizes.
