For cycling enthusiasts or those looking for a serious ride, why not try the 98km Ultimate Ride.
In 2015 the 98km Ultimate Ride will have an exciting new finish line. Participants will start from Perth’s Hay St Mall. Participants under a control of event vehicles will cycle on to William St down under the Narrows to Mounts Bay Rd, where they will continue along the traditional course around the Swan River, down to Fremantle, over the Stirling Bridge, through Bicton and Applecross on to the Kwinana Fwy North. Once participants are on the Kwinana Fwy on their first lap, participants will ride past the Mill St Off Ramp, over the Narrows and exit on to Mounts Bay Rd (left). Participants will ride past the Mounts Bay Hospital through to Point Lewis Roundabout where their second lap will start. On their second lap, once participants are on the Kwinana Fwy for a second time, they will exit at Mill St Off Ramp, and continue the traditional route through South Perth to the finish line.
This year every participant in the 98km Ultimate Ride will receive an Event Jersey which will be compulsory to wear on event day. For more information on the Event Jersey click here.
