We are delighted as part of the Santos Great Bike Ride for Charity to bring you the Corporate Challenge and invite you to take part in Perth’s premier corporate cycling event. The Santos Great Bike Ride was established in 2004 and in just five years has developed into one of the largest mass cycling events on the West Australian calendar.
The Corporate Challenge encourages companies to participate by registering corporate teams, volunteering, fundraising and taking advantage of the corporate hospitality packages available post ride. No matter what type of bike you ride, or how little riding you have done, we invite you and your employees to take up the Corporate Challenge.
Why Join the Corporate Challenge?
The Corporate Challenge is a bit of healthy competition aimed to those in the corporate sector. We want you to get your organisation involved in the Santos Great Bike Ride for Charity by participating and fundraising for our three event charities - Heart Foundation WA, Hope for Children and Horizon House.
There are prizes available for the corporate team who registers the largest number of team members and for the corporate team that fundraises for our three event charities (NAB have taken the fundraising corporate challenge for the past three years - lets see who can match them!).
This Corporate Challenge is the perfect way to show your customers and stakeholders how much your company contributes towards the local community and local WA charities.
Corporate Teams
There is no limit to the amount of members per corporate team but a minimum of 5 is encouraged. Just remember, if you wish to ride as one team you need to choose an average speed or the slowest speed for your team. This will help alleviate congestion along the course and ensure your team stays together. Your company can choose to enter as many teams or team members as it likes.

Fundraising
Take up the fundraising challenge and support three great charities - Heart Foundation, Hope for Children and St John of God Horizon House Project.
By choosing to fundraise your team has the opportunity to receive free entry. All your team will need to do is reach the minimum fundraising target which is $250 multiplied by the number of team members in your teams; i.e. a team of 5 has to fundraise $1250 in order to receive free entry (5 x $250 = $1250). When you register , when you reach the entry page, if you intend to fundraise for free entry, DO NOT pay your entry fee! Log out of the screen at this stage.
Once you have reached your fundraising target, send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and let us know; we will then remove the entry fee from your registration! It's that easy!
