The Santos Great Bike Ride for Charity is hosted by Rotary Club of Perth and each year raises vital funds for three charities so that they can make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves. These charities are: Horizon House, Heart Foundation and Hope for Children and without their important work there would be many more people of all ages suffering from illness, grief, trauma, pain, helplessness and anguish in the world.
YOU can also make a difference in the lives of people helped by these charities by asking your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you in the Santos Great Bike Ride for Charity.
Since this event is really all about riders getting their friends, colleagues and families to donate money to the charities through sponsorship (and enjoying a great ride around the river of course) we thought we would give you the chance to gain free entry for your fundraising efforts!! Simply fundraise $250 or more and you will receive free entry into the event.
When you register for the event, enter your personal details and when you reach the payment screen DO NOT pay! Exit out of the screen and set up your online fundraising page. Once you reach the minimum fundraising target of $250, contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Remember to make this event successful, not only do we need you to participate but we also need you to fundraise. Your registration fee only covers the cost of running the event. That’s why we really need you to make a special effort to hit your fundraising target to make this event worthwhile for the three charities involved and those they help.
The giving doesn’t just stop there, we have some terrific incentive prizes made available to us through our fantastic prize sponsors for those riders that exceed their fundraising targets! These prizes will be drawn after the last rider finishes on the day of the event at Langley Park – so you will need to be there to claim your prize!

The $250 target must be reached before the Close of Registration Saturday 19th November 2011 4pm.
No Individual Receipts will be generated for sponsorship or donations less than $25.00 unless specifically requested by the donor. For a specific receipt please contact 08 9382 4292 and ask for GBR Receipts.
