The easiest way for people to sponsor you is through your online fundraising web page, created when you register online. To download an offline sponsorship form please click here.

There are three ways you can submit your collected sponsorship monies. In person, by post or by fax. Please download the 2011 Sponsorship Submission Form and choose one of the following options:

1. In Person:
   Drop off your fundraising monies in person at St John of God Foundation Inc. 68 Coghlan Road, Subiaco WA 6008.

2. By Post:
   The Santos Great Bike Ride for Charity, c/- St John of God Foundation, PO Box 8032, Subiaco East WA 6008.

3. By Fax:
